Enquiries submitted through our contact form are delivered to our team via email and are not stored in a database. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, hosted in Australia (ap-southeast-2, Sydney), to process and deliver these communications.

Information held in connection with active service agreements is stored securely with access limited to authorised Metcom staff only.

4. Disclosure of your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may disclose your information to:

  • Our service providers who assist in delivering our services (e.g. cloud infrastructure providers), who are bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Law enforcement or government bodies where required by law

We do not disclose personal information to overseas recipients except where you have consented or where required by law.

5. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Our website uses HTTPS encryption and our infrastructure is hosted on AWS with access controls in place.
